In 2017 the staff at Seacombe Medical Centre, joined by friends and family, started the 1200km Heysen trail which is the longest dedicated walking trail in Australia.
We started the trail at Cape Jervis and we've walked along the cliffs and beaches along the south coast, past Encounter Bay and we are heading toward Tanunda and the Barossa Valley next month. The trail winds through the Mount Lofty Ranges through to Flinders Rangers until we reach our destination at Parachilna George. We hope to finish the trail over the next 5 years. Its been a great way to get fit, stay healthy and catch up.
Here are some of the photos!
