Dr Susan Wells has worked at Seacombe Medical Centre since 1991. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, chronic disease management (such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease), paediatrics, and obstetric shared care.
Dr Wells consults 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) as well as once a month on a Saturday morning. Dr Wells is also an examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a supervisor for GP registrars and Medical Students.
Unfortunately Dr Wells is not currently accepting new patients.

A message from Dr Wells:
After almost 35 years of practicing at Seacombe Medical Centre I have decided to retire as of 23rd December 2025. I am very excited to be retiring but also sad to be fare-welling so many patients who I have known for many years. My colleagues at Seacombe Medical Centre will continue your care. If you travel some distance and wish to use this opportunity to transfer care to a closer surgery, please advise and I will forward a summary to your new surgery.
Thank you for entrusting me with your health care. I wish you good health and happiness in the future.
With kind regards,
Sue Wells
